Emmanuel Donkor is an Author, Speaker, Trainer and Youth Leader who is passionate about calling out the emerging generation to deploy their potential for a more fulfilling life. He believes that a life lived with purpose is usually a life lived when we add value to others by serving them.
Life Philosophy
He believes that a life that is well lived is when one devotes themselves to adding value to other people and this is done by serving. Thus, a life of purpose and meaning is one of service. When we start to serve one another that is when a higher call to purpose is placed on a person. This is why he has devoted his life to serving his generation and the next one by adding value to them by offering his expertise, experiences as well as mentorship to the current generation as well as any other person or people who would need such resource.

Manny also has a certificate of English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA) awarded by Cambridge University where he lives. This has enabled him to teach English as a foreign language (EFL) to many learners from all over the world for over 7 years mainly in London and Cambridge as his passion is teaching, training and learning and development. He is currently a student member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) UK with a special interest in Learning and Development (L&D). He hopes to use the skills and training from CIPD to help equip business and organizations skill up their workforce in the Knowledge Economy.
Leadership and Mentorship
Manny is also a Youth Leader and a Facilitator at Ignite, a thriving community of students and young adult in Cambridge at King’s Church on Tenison Road where among other things, he inspires and mentors young people to deploy their skills and abilities for a more fulfilling life. His passion is about impacting wisdom into the emerging generation, especially those who have a desire to make the best out of life. This he does by offering mentorship and advice on how to navigate the often difficult terrain of life.
Author, Publisher & Entrepreneur (APE)
One of the ways Manny trains and inspires people is through the development of content which informs and educates people on how to live a life of purpose and meaning when they serve their generation. He has written a book which was published in 2012.
Titled Time With The Masters: What ancient men and women want you to know about running the race of life, it was a contemporary take on the lives of 12 men and women in the Bible whose life journey offered the young generation of today on how to navigate their way through life with a sense of who they are and what they have been put on this earth to do. It was these ancient men and women coming alongside us as we, according to the writer of Hebrews, run our race of life.
He has also, in the past, written articles on Biblical principles for living as well as personal development. Here are links to some of his articles on Infuse, a contemporary magazine for students and young adults published by the Church of God in Tyler, Texas USA:

Currently, Emmanuel is working on 2 book project; one of which will be published and launched in the summer of 2022. The books are:
- Called To Serve My Generation (October 2022):
This book is a rallying call to the emerging generation on how to effectively identify their life purpose so that they can dedicate their lives to pursuing it. In particular, the book advocates that a life of significance is usually the one that is lived with a heart of servanthood. Thus a life of purpose is a life of service for when we serve people, we add value to their lives and in the process, we identify our mission and a sense of accomplishment. Called To Serve My Generation will help you unearth your purpose by asking 5 fundamental questions. These questions, when answered honestly, will take you on that journey of self-discovery.
- Living Today With Wisdom From Men of Old (Summer 2023):
This book is a contemporary take on the lives of some of the characters in the Bible. In a time when conventional wisdom and role models, people we’ve grown to trust and support are failing, it is time for us to return to the people of old whose life story and how they overcame the many obstacles against them offer us a great source of inspiration and courage as we navigate our journeys of life. Written in the first person, the book brings these ancient men and women alive to our contemporary world as they provide us with answers and directions in our race of life.
